Characteristics: - After application, a sticky layer is formed. - Acid-free. Operating technique: 1. Prepare the nail with a 180 grit file and degrease with Soft Dehydration Ga&Ma, apply Nail Dehydration if necessary. 2. Apply primer thinly and wait 30 seconds before applying Classic or Fix base.
