Staleks Pro diamond "sharp flame" bit, blue, 1.8 mm, working part 8 mm, is a medium-abrasive diamond-coated tool for gentle skin treatment and safely filing away lifted skin during manicure and pedicure. In manicure, it's used to lift and remove cuticle and treat sidewalls and nail folds; in podology, it's ideal for heel pedicure work and treating cracked heels. Suitable for both beginners and experienced nail technicians.

The bit is made by coating a medical-grade stainless steel base with diamond particles. Medium-fraction diamond grains evenly and densely cover the entire 8 mm working area, with no gaps or clumping. The particles are bonded through an electroplating process: a thin layer of nickel holds the grains in place, creating a strong, long-lasting bond. This coating technology gives the tool hardness and wear resistance, eliminating surface irregularities — the rotation center stays stable even at high drill speeds.

The bit gently buffs the skin, treats sidewalls and nail folds, removes cuticle and pterygium, and opens up the sinus areas. In pedicure, its sharp shape and medium hardness quickly and gently opens up and smooths cracks, and treats and removes calluses. It's important to move the tip smoothly and gently along the nail edge, avoiding sharp movements or prolonged contact with one spot.
