Dry in a lamp.Apply the base. Cure in a UV lamp for 2 minutes, in a LED lamp for 30 seconds.Dip the cut out pattern in warm water for 20-30 seconds, the film will become movable. Blot excess moisture with a tissue. Gently slide the image off the paper base.Attach the image to the sticky layer, position it in the desired position. Smooth out any irregularities with a napkin, and gently press down.If there is excess film left, it can be removed with scissors, and the excess at the free edge can be removed with a nail file.Overlap the slider design with the base, dry in the lamp.Cover with top coat.
