HELLO Tint Base ARIZONA features warm, earthy shades inspired by Arizona’s natural landscapes. It’s highly pigmented, elastic, and self-leveling with a medium consistency that covers the nail edge in one layer.

With a neutral pH of 6.7, it’s safe for thin, sensitive nails. The base has no strong odor, doesn’t crack or lift, and lasts up to 3–4 weeks.

Perfect for both manicures and pedicures — can be worn alone or under designs. Comes in a 15 ml bottle with a precise brush.
